You acknowledge that, depending on the jurisdiction within the United States, Canada, etc. a license and/or permit may be required to legally operate a lemonade stand. Participants must comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and ordinances concerning the operation of a lemonade stand in their jurisdiction. You are solely responsible for obtaining any required licenses or permits.
No Assistance with Licensing
The Company does not provide assistance, guidance, or support in obtaining necessary licenses or permits and does not represent or warrant that such licenses or permits will be available or obtainable.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless the Company, its officers, directors, employees, partners, affiliates, clients, and community, from any claims, liabilities, damages, judgments, awards, losses, costs, expenses, or fees arising out of or relating to your violation of these Terms or your use of the Website or participation in the Event.
Representations and Warranties
You represent and warrant that you are the parent or legal guardian of the minor child or ward being registered for the Event and have the legal authority to enter into this Agreement.
Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any legal suit, action, or proceeding arising out of, or related to, these Terms or the Website or participation in the Event shall be instituted exclusively in the state or federal district courts located in Maricopa County, Arizona.
Termination
The Company reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to terminate or suspend your access to the Website or participation in the Event at any time, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users of the Website, us, third parties, or for conduct that violates any applicable law or regulation.
